When the initial Share screen is shown, the cursor should change to a "hand" icon when you move over the "Play" button.
Also I would allow double-clicking on the video or slide window and redirect the user to the actual talk playing @ Parleys.com (like in YouTube)

Cursor is incorrect when moving over the initial screen
